Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: The Thrill Street reserves the right to cancel or reject any bookings for various reasons, such as limited seats, unavailability, pricing or informational errors, or issues identified with the customer's personal issues.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its arrival and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect.
If the traveller(s) is unable or refuses to pay the rest of the amount of the package at the time or before departure day or time from Delhi, The Trip Organizer has full right to cancel the booking(s), without any refund.

We at The Thrill Street strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your booking. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1 Flexible Rate Bookings:
For bookings made under our flexible rate, you can cancel your reservation up to 7 days after payment the scheduled departure date without incurring any cancellation fees.
Cancellations made after 7 days of payment or, a week before the departure advance amount will not be refunded.
1.2 Non-Refundable Bookings:
Some bookings may be non-refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, like bookings from outer sources, 3rd persons, and any mediator. The Thrill Street or its manager are not liable to refund, return or cancellations of your bookings. The amount regardless of when the cancellation is made.
1.3 Group Bookings:
Group bookings may have different cancellation policies.
Advance amount will not be refunded after 1 week of payment

2. Refund Policy:
2.1 Refund Process:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 4-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking, Advance amount will not be refunded after 1 week of payment.
Modification couldn’t be don’t be done in the Bookings via Trains & Flights. Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees. Any modifications to bookings should be made within the specified time frame according to the booking terms.
4. Acceptance of Policy:
By making a booking with The Thrill Street, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our cancellation and refund policy as stated above.
